La Cara de Papel

IMG_0976While learning some vocab for parts of the body, Lina Maria Rojas’ Spanish II class decided to put a piece of paper with a Spanish word for a part of the face on a fellow Owl’s face. Needless to say, it looks like the first stages of a papier-mâché project. Let’s hope he didn’t get any paper cuts.

A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the White House….

Several Emerson students and teachers participated in the Day Without Women march. At one point, a group of students started singing and dancing the hokey pokey in front of the White House. Enjoy this video of their awesome moves.
